REMINDER: It is ALWAYS necessary to mention the Copy Protection Technical Working Group (even if you are there with your own company) when making your reservations which will help keep an accurate count of attendees. This will also ensure the continued low rates and advantageous relationship we now have with the hotel.

ATTENDANCE FEE COLLECTION AT REGISTRATION
Due to economic considerations regarding CPTWG General
Session Meeting costs
and payment scheduling, it has become necessary to implement an attendance
fee of One Hundred US Dollars ($100.00 US) per attending member to cover
meals, equipment and service. This fee will be collected at the registration
table prior
to the start of the General Session.
Registration Fees for CEA and MPAA member participants
are covered by dues
paid to each respective organization. However, please check in at the CPTWG
Registration Desk for your badge (lunch ticket).
