PRESENTATION PROCEDURES

• All presentations must be technical in nature.

• Technical presentations should be no longer than 20 minutes, with an additional 10 minutes for questions.

• The CPTWG meetings are held as a public forum, therefore, no confidential information may be disclosed in the presentation.

• Presentations can be delivered using overhead transperancies or a laptop. If a laptop is used, MS PowerPoint, MS Word or Adobe Acrobat formats are preferred.

• At the conclusion of the CPTWG meeting, the presenter is required to forward a copy of their presentation material within 3 days to Jill Whitley (jill_whitley@mpaa.org) for posting on the CPTWG web site.
